If the product is damaged on arrival, please send back the order. As soon as we receive the item we will send through a replacement.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect order, we ask that you send back the item without opening the product if possible. As soon as we receive the order, we will send you the correct item reimbursing the delivery cost.

It usually takes 2-5 business days. We offer express shipping for an extra $7.00 for next day delivery.

How do I reduce smoking in my candles?2016-12-04T11:05:32+09:30

Trim your wick before every burn, this is help get rid of the carbon build up on you wick giving it a nice smooth burn. This also significantly improves the burn quality of your candles.

Our wicks are 100% cotton with no lead coatings; instead it is coated with natural wax.

What waxes are used in Janma & Co. candles?2016-12-04T17:15:20+09:30

We only use natural waxes such as soy wax, coconut wax and bees wax. Our beeswax is sourced from a local bee farm.

Yes, we have a very ethical philosophy which includes no animal cruelty in any form.

Yes, we are a proud Australian Owned and Operated company. Currently the candles are made by the founder herself.
